"We had been in our house for so long and gotten it to just how we liked it but our family had more than doubled so it was time to let our beloved home go and find something that could contain our growing bunch. I had met Randy and decided to ask for his help in selling our house. He gave us really good advice and helped us get our house ready to sell. I loved that we discussed this and had an opportunity to share our hearts while we prepared our house. He helped us blend where we were and where we needed to be. When you move, you have to really look at yourself and the situation and be honest. This can be hard to do, but Randy assured and assisted us the whole time. Our house sold quickly, as we thought it would, for a great price which made it even better. We found a perfect house, shopping with Randy and our children made us even closer and me appreciate him even more. Things didn’t work out as planned and we entered into a very trying time for the market. Randy was creative, informative, reassuring and the positive I needed when we talked about our current state. We communicated regularly, whether there was an update or not. We finally got the final offer on our home during the holidays and that didn’t deter him from working with us and helping us meet deadlines- even through dropped phone calls and holiday craziness. He listened, shared frustration, extended compassion, and was professional while I rode the emotional roller coaster of it all. My three kids, our very own circus, went with us while we shopped for houses again. Randy embraced this and included them in everything. This isn’t easy! My kids love Randy and have frequently asked when he will be over again because they associate him with our new home. We found a new home where some quirky things happened that gave us some memories to laugh about. Our connection to Randy will be forever. We appreciate that we got to make these life changes with our new forever friend. My kids say every day how much they love our new home. Randy is a huge part of the reason."

Myself, in particular, as I was a first-time seller (out of state, no less) and had very little understanding of how things worked, but he always took the time to answer every question and ensure I was comfortable with what was happening. His experience with the area was a huge help, and where there was even the smallest process question due to our situation, he would do extra research to ensure we had all of the information we needed. Once we had all the details needed to make a decision, Randy would provide his insight and perspective but would give us space to come to our own conclusions.
